About Us:

ARAR Utility & Trading W.L.L, Doha, State of Qatar was established in January 2011 as a Contracting Company with Limited Liability for providing infrastructure support services to the Electrical High Voltage power distribution & transmission sector.

The Company in Qatar has grown to current level of about 100 plus staff members, and is now one of the reputed contracting Companies operating in Qatar with due approval from the local Electricity Authority – namely Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation – KAHRAMAA.

In the year 2015, as a part of the re-structuring ARAR Utility & Trading Co WLL Doha, State of Qatar has been transferred to another Expatriate Partners, who have similar work experience, however retaining the same local Qatari National Partner.

The re-organised structure envisages to expand the range of services provided to include, among others, HV cable installation, HV cable jointing and HV Cable testing and fault locating; the new expatriate partners have significant investment into specialized equipment and all required manpower resources.

It is intended that new, experienced staff members including Extra High Voltage Cable jointers (duly certified by manufacturers), engineers (both general and specialized for High Voltage and Partial discharge testing) and further required administrative, financial and management staff will be added and the structure enhanced to provide highest professional standard of service.

The new expatriate shareholders of the Company had earlier developed the following companies:

  • SS Engineering -India, Established in the year 2006
  • Power Links Qatar L.L.C – Doha Qatar, Established in the year 2006 (Company was taken over by the Local Qatari Partners / Shareholders in the year 2010).
  • Power Links International Co Ltd Muscat, Sultanate of Oman – Established in the Year 2010

A large majority of the key personnel in the new organization have significant experience in delivering projects for:
